Today, Sandar Bina Sdn Bhd is an integrated civil engineering construction company based in Kuala Lumpur with more than 150 employees — specializing in roads construction, water reticulation, drainage and sewerage works, and earthworks.
As a registered and authorized contractor with CIDB G7 (B, CE, ME) and SPAN C1 certifications as well as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, our involvement in construction projects accumulates a total contract amount of exceeding RM2 billion within the Klang Valley. We are proud to boast an extensive portfolios which includes 6 out of the Top 10 Malaysia Developers: Sime Darby Property, SP Setia, Tropicana Corporation, Eco World, UEM Sunrise and Mah Sing.
With a range of multi-disciplinary experiences, our team’s integration, and our ability to utilize all aspects, we’re able to tailor fully integrated and cost-effective solutions for our clients while delivering productive designs and services. Robert Chong
Executive Director
With a Bachelor Degree in Economics from La Trobe University Melbourne, Robert started his career in 1986 as a sales and marketing coordinator for a Singaporean-owned building materials supplier. From his vast accumulation of business acumen in construction exposures, he then stepped up to join Sandar Bina as an Executive Director in 1993 and expanded the business in an effective manner with great oversight through his full commitment, dedication, strong positive attitude, and excellent leadership qualities.
We Work together as a team, we respect, trust and care for each other.
Chong Wei Seng
Project Director
He has more than 30 years of direct experience in optimizing the site processes to ensure a high team performance. His main responsibility is to oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within it budget.
